Principles of Corporate Behavior

In keeping with the following eight principles, IMRA JAPAN (the "Companyā€¯) shall comply with the letter and spirit of all laws and regulations, both domestic and international, and behave as a good corporate citizen. The Company shall strive to benefit the broader society and act as an economic entity that pursues profit through fair competition.

    The Company shall develop and provide products and services that benefit society while duly considering safety in striving to gain consumer satisfaction and trust.

    The Company shall engage in fair, transparent, and free competition. Business shall be conducted as would be expected of a good corporate citizen and shall comply with the law. The Company shall also strive to maintain sound, positive relations with political and administrative entities.

    The Company shall maintain communication with the community and our shareholders and proactively and fairly disclose corporate information.

    The Company shall recognize that environmental initiatives are imperative in the operation of a company, and as such, the Company shall take an independent and active position.

    As a good corporate citizen, the Company shall proactively support community and social initiatives.

  6. 6.

    The Company shall support the comfort and prosperity of employees, provide a safe and pleasant work environment, and respect the personality and individuality of each employee.

  7. 7.

    The Company shall emphatically confront antisocial groups and organizations that threaten the good order and safety of society.

  8. 8.

    When conducting business internationally, the Company shall respect the culture and customs of the respective countries and operate in a manner that contributes to local development.
